A wife, mother and business woman, the Michelle has already taken a strong stance on women’s right and diversity. I’m not afraid to admit that I have a definite girl crush on Mrs. Obama. She is the perfect role model for young women today.

Her talk show has gotten me through some dark times. Not only has she been ranked as one of the world’s most powerful women by CNN and Time.com, but she’s also one seriously cool lady. She inspires all of us to live our best life and share what we have with those around us. I always find myself asking, “WWOD?” And every time, it’s something that makes me a better person and my life a little more enriched.

Carol Bartz is the CEO of Yahoo! It may be no Google, but Yahoo is the second most visited internet search engine, and I’d say Bartz is doing pretty well for herself. Whoever said the business world was exclusively for men. I’d like to see you manage Yahoo! better than this bad-ass business woman.
